Lawsons Haulage has been providing reliable haulage services since 1952, increasing our capacity and developing our range of services for over 72 years.

Today we have a large fleet of trucks and a broad range of specialist trailers, a range of mobile cranes and lifting equipment, plant machinery and depots across the UK. As such, Lawsons Haulage can transport almost any heavy and bulky load. In the past we have transported everything from livestock to heavy plant machinery, rails from British Steel, large boats, concrete statues, steel frames and aircraft.

Lawsons Haulage has been moving things around since 1952. From meagre beginnings transporting livestock around Cumbria with just one wagon, we are now able to move almost anything utlising our comprehensive resource of rigid, articulated and large HIAB units. Typical items that we might move from one location to another might include:

Lawsons Haulage can also offer you access to a range of mobile cranes (ranging from 15 to 250 tonnes+), capable of lifting anything you may need lifting, from heavy plant machinery to large boats and beyond.

What’s more, where required, we will supply Appointed Persons and Lift Supervisors, as well as the required Slingers and Banksmen necessary for the job – all operatives are fully CITB approved.
